Policy Statement

Axiacon will always be dedicated to upholding the Health & Safety of all those working for us and with us. Our steadfast dedication to this cause is upheld on structured values such as:

If we cannot do it safely then we will not do it all.
If it's not safe - speak up.
We believe that all incidents are preventable.
Everyone has a right to stop or refuse to carry out work right when they believe it is unhealthy or unsafe.
We believe that none of our business objective will ever take priority over the health and safety of our people, contractors, or members of the public.

Procedures

Axiacon is an accredited “Gold” card member of Site Safe.
Axiacon has always had a robust H&S policy and procedures since its inception.
Axiacon prepares a Site-Specific Safety plan for each and every site.
Every person in any of our site is inducted before they can enter the works area and is provided with a list of potential hazards.
Every person working on our site have to undertake a daily sign in/out, acknowledge the daily hazard and make a declaration relating to PPE’s & their capability to undertake the work for the day.
All our site is audited for H&S compliance once a week by our in-house H&S staff.
All our site is audited once a month by an external H&S consultant.

Systems

Axiacon utilises a custom-built front-end application with geofencing technology to implement the scheduled daily, weekly and monthly H&S compliance for each and every person in any of our sites.
All our sites offices have reserved areas for H&S management & administration.
Every person in our site can either utilise the provided onsite systems to undertake before works start declaration or alternatively they can also do this on their individual devices as well.
Each & every person in any of our site are inducted onsite before they can undertake any work.
Each & every person in any of our site have to undertake a H&S hazard declaration before they can undertake any work.
Each & every person in any of our site have to undertake a daily PPE & ready for work declaration.
All incident is recorded in real time and a report is generated and automatically emailed to our operations team for immediate action.

Our H&S system generates an automated report on daily logins, inductions and any scheduled declaration instantly which are filed away in our Axiacore mainframe system under the respective project.

Reporting

All our H&S reports specific to each and every site is auto emailed in real time to our internal H&S compliance team. All hazards are tracked in real time and the hazard register is updated as and when required based on these reports.
